John Lewis High Wycombe: Behind-the-Scenes Drone Tour

Our 10-week refurbishment and fit out project at John Lewis High Wycombe was all about maximising space, improving store flow, and enhancing the customer experience – and our latest drone footage showcases the transformation from a whole new perspective.
Working closely with John Lewis & Partners, we delivered a series of smart upgrades designed to make the store more efficient, engaging, and customer centric.
Our works included:
- Department relocations – Several departments were reconfigured to improve store flow and make space for new concessions, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Expanded beauty section – We created more display space for brands like Clarins and Trinny London, offering customers a more immersive and engaging way to explore products.
- Electrical & kitchen department upgrades – These key areas were stripped out and reworked to accommodate a fresh, modern retail concept.
- A new dining experience – Ori Caffè
We created and prepped the space for the brand-new Ori Caffè, installing new flooring, partitions, ceilings, and M&E services to support the café. This added another high-quality food and beverage option to the store, improving the overall shopping experience.
For John Lewis & Partners, these upgrades mean better use of space, a refreshed in-store experience, and a store layout that adapts to changing retail needs. For customers, it’s all about easier navigation, better product displays, and more inviting spaces to shop and relax.
We collaborated with esteemed contractors and consultants, including Monaghans for project management and quantity surveying, Synergy for M&E consultancy, and Heirst Peirce + Malcolm for structural engineering to ensure the project’s success.
